Sai Digital provides technical software utilities designed to facilitate the downloading, archiving, and audio format conversion of publicly available media streams for personal, educational, and non-commercial archival use only.

You agree that:

• You will not use the service to infringe upon the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your downloading of any media stream complies with applicable domestic and international copyright laws and the terms of service of the originating platform.
• You will not use automated scraping, bot attacks, or denial-of-service techniques to overwhelm the Sai Digital infrastructure.

3. DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy

Sai Digital respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and Indian Copyright Act (1957), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Sai Digital does not host or store permanent libraries of media files on its servers. Downloaded files are purely transient and are permanently wiped by our automated cleanup system within 30 minutes. However, if you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any functionality on Sai Digital infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notice to: [email protected] with:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sai Digital, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
